Seamless Connectivity Amidst the Hills

I am Satish Kumar Khosla, with over 53 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Since 2008, I have been running my own IT consultancy. During the early years of my consultancy, whenever I was in the hilly regions of Uttarakhand, such as Landour, Dhanolti, Naukuchiatal, or Nainital, I always carried a USB drive to provide services to my clients.

In 2012, we finally built our cottage in Amaravati Estate, Sargakhet, Mukteshwer. As someone from the IT industry, I required a high-speed and stable internet connection to serve my clients worldwide. It was then that I learned about Airjaldi from my old colleagues Alok Gupta and Manoj Arora, the co-founders of AirJaldi, and their operations in Uttarakhand.

I immediately reached out to them for assistance and had their internet connection installed. I was one of the first few people to have their ISP Wi-Fi connection. In 2020, Airjaldi implemented Fiber Optic connectivity on our campus, and now we have over 30 Airjaldi connections in Amaravati Estate.

During the pandemic, as my daughter and her family were also staying with us, I requested an additional connection, which was promptly commissioned within 2 hours. Now, I spend 4 to 6 months a year here and rely on Airjaldi’s connection for my consultancy work. The downtime is negligible, the speed exceeds my expectations, and their support services are available 24/7 and highly responsive.
